Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping with Mingkos.
As all of our products are custom-made and personalized according to your specific requirements (such as logo printing, color, or design), we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues once an order has been confirmed and produced.

We only offer exchanges or replacements for defective or damaged items upon delivery.


Returns and Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at services@mingkos.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning or replacing the product.


Conditions for Exchange or Replacement

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, not design errors or customer input.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.


Non-returnable / Non-refundable items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., with your logo, text, or unique design)

  • Items returned due to customer design errors or incorrect input

  • Orders canceled after production has started


Shipping Returns

If your return is approved, please send your item to the address provided in our email instructions.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
