What each stage means
| Proof / sample | We are preparing your digital mock-up or physical sample for approval. Nothing is produced in bulk until you approve it. |

| In production | Your approved artwork is on the line — printing, embroidery, engraving or assembly, depending on the product. |
| Quality check | Finished goods are inspected against the approved proof and counted. We photograph bulk production on request. |
| Shipped | Handed to the courier. Tracking number and carrier are emailed to you and saved in My account. |
