Custom gifts cannot be returned for non-quality reasons.
Refunds or replacements are available for:

Wrong items shipped

Contact customer service with order number, description, and photos.
MINGKOS will review and provide a refund or replacement solution.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Return Shipping
MINGKOS provides a return address if needed.
Proof of delivery is required for logistics-related damages.
Shipping costs for non-quality returns are borne by the customer.
