This policy explains what personal data Mingkos (mingkos.com) collects, why we collect it, and
the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short: we collect what we need to make and deliver your order, and
nothing else.
What we collect
- Order information — name, company, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the
artwork and specifications you upload. - Account information — if you register, your login details and order history.
- Payment information — processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card
numbers on our servers. - Technical information — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security,
analytics and to remember your cart.
Why we use it
- To produce, ship and support your order, and to send proofs, invoices and shipping updates.
- To answer enquiries and provide quotations.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve the website and, if you have opted in, to send occasional product news. Every marketing email
includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to complete your order: payment processors, carriers and customs brokers, our
production partners where a process is outsourced, and our IT and email providers. Each is bound to use the data
only for that purpose. We never sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting rules, and for warranty support.
Artwork files are retained so we can repeat your order; tell us if you want them deleted.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, to remember preferences and for anonymous traffic
statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout need essential
cookies to function.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it.
Email service@mingkos.com and we will action the request. Users covered by
GDPR or similar legislation have the rights set out in those regulations.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it, and we review our
providers periodically. No online system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
