1. What products can be customized?
Corporate gifts, employee rewards, event & exhibition gifts, VIP gift boxes, seasonal gifts.
2. How can I confirm the design before production?
Digital mockups or physical samples (may incur extra fees) will be provided.
Once approved, the design enters production and cannot be changed.
3. Minimum order quantity and bulk discount
Minimum quantities vary by product. See each product page for details.
Bulk orders are eligible for tiered discounts.
4. Can I expedite my order?
Rush orders are available. Contact customer service to confirm schedule and fees.
Additional rush fees may apply.
5. What if items are damaged or missing?
Contact customer service within 48 hours with photos and order number.
MINGKOS will confirm and provide replacement or refund within 1–2 business days.
6. Can I modify my order?
Once payment is made and production has started, custom orders cannot be modified.
Orders not yet processed can be canceled or modified by contacting customer service.
7. Size and Measurement Differences /
Product dimensions are manually measured. Minor variations may occur.
Asia: dimensions in cm.
US & Europe: dimensions in inches.
All dimensions are for reference; final product may have slight variations.
8. Color Differences /
Colors on screen may differ from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting, and material differences.
Slight color variation is normal and considered acceptable.
Final colors should be based on the approved sample.
