Eligibility

  • Custom gifts cannot be returned for non-quality reasons.

  • Refunds or replacements are available for:

    • Production errors

    • Damaged or missing items

    • Wrong items shipped

Refund Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number, description, and photos.

  2. MINGKOS will review and provide a refund or replacement solution.

  3. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Return Shipping

  • MINGKOS provides a return address if needed.

  • Proof of delivery is required for logistics-related damages.

  • Shipping costs for non-quality returns are borne by the customer.
